Our interactive meetings are addressed to visitors of Thessaloniki and the wider region, from Greece and abroad. To those who wish to get to know the Greek and Mediterranean culinary culture, but also to those within the walls who wish to travel mentally and deepen the culinary tradition of other countries and cultures.

With the Hands on seminars you will learn all about the Mediterranean diet and its ingredients, the Greek cuisine and its delicious recipes, as well as the Greek tradition and customs associated with cooking. Have fun and taste a menu full of flavors and aromas of Greece, with a view of the sea.

At the end of each seminar you take with you the flavours, the recipes, a souvenir from our place, the desire to visit us again and all our love.
