1. Can parents attend the party?
During the party, children participate autonomously in the activities, in a safe and fully controlled environment, under the constant supervision of our experienced instructors.
The absence of parents strengthens children’s self-confidence and the development of cooperation with their peers.
Parents are welcome at specific times by arrangement (e.g. cake cutting). If deemed necessary, an adult may be present.
2. What about allergies and dietary requirements?
In most cases, we can adapt recipes to accommodate special dietary needs and allergies. It is essential that you inform us of any such cases at the time of booking, so that we can organize the menu in time.
3. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend that reservations be made at least 3–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends when there is increased demand.
4. Is there a limit on participants?
Due to the nature of the activities and the structure of the space, the parties are aimed at a specific number of participants, from 6 to 20 children (or by arrangement), aged 7+.
The final number of children must be confirmed at least 5 days before the party date.
5. What are the prices?
Prices depend on the package you choose, as well as any additional services. Contact us to send you the detailed benefits and price guide.
6. What is the cancellation policy?
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of €100 is required, which covers the initial planning of the event as well as the purchase of the necessary materials.
We understand that changes or unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our goal is not to waste the unique experience for your child, nor the effort and time we have already dedicated.
That’s why we apply a flexible and humane cancellation policy:
- Cancellation at least 11 days in advance: ✔ Full deposit refunded OR ✔ Date can be moved without charge (subject to availability)
- Cancellation 6 to 10 days before: ✔ 50% of the deposit is refunded OR ✔ The date can be transferred without charge (based on availability)
- Cancellation up to 5 days before: ✔ 50% of the deposit is refunded OR ✔ Date transfer with additional charge (based on availability)
✔ In case personalized materials (such as a cake or themed decoration) have already been purchased, coverage of the relevant costs may be requested.
7. WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE ON THE DAY OF THE PARTY?
On the day of the party, everyone arrives 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Our team has already prepared the venue, the materials and the program. We take care of the entire flow – from the reception, the cooking activity to the cake. You don’t need to bring anything but your child and their smile!
