Philosophy
It constitutes the core of our educational approach for adults and takes place continuously throughout the year.
We learn, create and inspire... with Greek cuisine as our compass.
Target
This is a structured series of practical courses, covering the basic principles and techniques, theories and applications of Cooking and Pastry.

Duration and Frequency
From October to May. On a weekly 3-hour basis Training in sections 30 weekly thematic workshops Cooking - Pastry - Bakery 3 cycles of 10 workshops
